Staying Cool...

What do you do when it is 90 degrees outside and you don't have central air? Go to an air-conditioned mall! Today I took the girls to a local mall that has a carousel and a little play area. Luckily our nanny was free today (she's off for the summer) and was able to meet up with us to hang out. I don't know that I'm quite ready for three that can run in different directions -- not in crowded public places, anyways.

Ava, as usual, LOVED the carousel. We managed to get all three on at once, and the twins seemed to like it, too. Then we went to the play area they have, and the girls loved being able to run around with the other kids. They were all so independent!

They all loved this rocket ship that they could climb into.

Charlie kept walking over to play with these beads.

And they all thought it was hysterical to smash their little faces against the glass.

It was a nice break from the hot, hot, hot sun! And, except for the pretzel and lemonade we bought as a snack, it was free!
