Splash Pad!

Last week we hit up the splash pad at our favorite park, Capron Park Zoo. They kind of liked it, kind of hated it (depending on the minute). Considering it was HOT outside, I personally was a big fan.

They have these big sprayer things that you can turn right and left to soak people. Ava loved to spray other people, but wasn't so keen on getting sprayed herself. ;)

Charlie was pretty adventurous and walked all around the area. She loved stomping in the puddles (like big sis!), but didn't really like the water spraying her.


CeCe was having a great time until she slipped and fell. She wasn't hurt at all, but after that she was pretty much DONE with the water and just wanted to be snuggled.


After we splashed awhile, Ava asked for "yellow ice cream" (i.e., a Sponge Bob ice cream treat). The twins were allll about it. Ava was a very nice big sister and shared.
