Southwick Zoo!

Yesterday was absolutely gorgeous, so we decided to brave the Southwick Zoo with all the girls. It went surprisingly smoothly! The twins slept the entire time we were there (and the car ride there and back -- can't get much better than that). Ava had a great time!

Ava loves to name animals and make their animal noises. Her favorites are lion ("ROAR!"), monkey ("ahh ahh ahh!"), and bird ("cheep cheep!"). She really enjoyed seeing the animals up close! At one point we were looking at the macaws, and one of them starting saying "Hello!" I joked to Dave that Ava is going to think that all birds say hello. ;)

She had a great time feeding and petting the goats.

This is what we look like when we go out as a family. We attract a bit of attention.

We ended the day with ice cream. What could be better?
