Lots of firsts lately!
Most exciting of all -- Ava has TWO teeth! Last Wednesday I noticed that one of her bottom, front teeth was starting to poke through. Yesterday I realized that the one next to it is *right there*, ready to come in! I tried to get a picture, but she'll only let me see them when she's laughing or screaming. You can kind of see one of them in this pic, though!
Ava also mastered sitting a few weeks ago! She can sit for as long as 20 minutes by herself. She loves to sit and play with all her toys. She's so busy now!
When we went to Chicago for Ava's christening, she had her first ride in a baby swing. She loved it!
Last week we transitioned to the tub seat. Ava loves to be able to sit in the "big girl tub" by herself and splash around.
On Memorial Day, we went to the house of some friends for a BBQ. They live on a beautiful lake, so we took Ava out for her first boat ride. She liked the boat just fine. But, don't let the pics fool you -- she HATED the lifejacket. She whined the entire time.
